- Close account can be made from monday to thursday between 8 am to 12 pm. outside the mentioned time then it will not be received by the system
- After the form submitted then confirm to our customer service via ym or email to administrator@goldwint.com
- The name in trading account must be the same with the name in the bank account
- Withdrawal made to other banks beside BCA or Bank Mandiri, will be charged a transfer fee according to bank rules
- Withdrawal made to other banks beside BCA or Bank Mandiri will follow the official clearing time from Bank Indonesia
- Close account will be processed the next day
- Close account can be made from monday to thursday between 8 am to 12 pm. Outside the mentioned time then it will not be received by the system
